As a former Family Court Judge, published author and recognized authority on family law and alternative dispute resolution divorce models with almost four decades of family law legal experience, Robert Lueck has been called upon to produce several legal opinions as an expert witness and served as as the Principal Expert Witness before the Assembly Judiciary Committee and the Nevada State Judiciary Committee for the passing of the Uniform Collabrative Law Act in May 2011.

Robert Lueck has also testified before the Nevada State Legislature on the possible effects of family law related bills and on the efficacy of Alternative Dispute Resolution divorce models that could be used by the courts as alternatives or prerequistes to formal litigation.
